How this was built

I'm a big fan of Strategyzer's books and tools, and the Value Proposition Canvas is the template I use most. I built my own version for personal use: a fast first draft, sticky notes I can rework, and an honest check of whether the value map really fits the customer profile.

AI is good at the blank-page problem and at spotting gaps, but the canvas is still a set of hypotheses. As Strategyzer puts it, fit is a claim until customers confirm it.
